Choosing Taw Windows was one of the best decisions I've made. My house had a complicated bay window that two other companies had refused to even work on. While others just threw online quotes at me without grasping the complexity, Terry visited in person and gave a completely no-hassle quotation. For every problem I presented, he provided professional, technical, and practical solutions. The quote was lower than I expected, so I actually added more work to the project, including a new front door. The work started exactly on the agreed date and took 8 days. Although it was noisy at times, Luke, Louie and Robert worked incredibly well and the process never felt intrusive. Afterward, they cleared up all the mess and left absolutely nothing behind except for one thing: a very satisfied customer with a house transformed by new windows, which has undoubtedly added value to my home.

The whole process was professional, and Terry gave us plenty of time to look at the door choices and think before committing. The fitters were polite, professional and did a cracking job, particularly as nothing in our house is straight! They were tidy, and we had a brilliant experience.

They took their time and did a proper job
We had an old patio door replaced with a sliding door. Firstly the quotation process was stress free, a good, fair price, with none of the hard sell tactics employed by certain other suppliers. The quality of the door is superb, well made and fits perfectly. The fitters did a great job, very tidy and professional, all of the trims from the previous door had to be replaced and they did a really tidy job. They took their time and did a proper job.

Very professional all round and the windows look wonderful
Googled local double glazing installers and chose Taw Windows Ltd due to their customer feedback. Terry came around to provide an estimate and was very polite and thorough, providing different options for our windows. Luke and Rob came to install our windows and were with us for 4 days. lovely chaps. I chatted to them quite often, providing them with cups of tea of course, and they were always willing to engage. Noise and disruption was kept to a minimum and they clearly knew what they were doing when it comes to window installation. They tidied after themselves at the end of each day and it was like they were never there. Very professional all round and the windows look wonderful. I would highly recommend this company and their personnel to anybody requiring double glazing.

We had our windows at the front of the house, kitchen, upstairs hallway and front door done in January, we are really pleased with the work done it's much better than we expected it to look. Taw were professional right from the beginning, I had other quotes from different companies but did not like the way they contacted themselves. I'm glad we chose Taw, I would definitely recommend them. The work was done to a very high standard. Luke and Rob fitted the windows and front door, they were very professional and did a great job. We were happy with the time frame between quote to installation, Terry kept us up dated all the way through the process. I would definitely use Taw again if we need anymore work done.

Brilliant service!
Taw Windows have recently done an excellent job in replacing all of the windows for our Nursery. From the offset, Terry was friendly and approachable and happy to give advice and answer our questions. The whole ordering process was extremely easy, and the windows were scheduled within a timely manner. Luke and Rob fitted the windows ahead of time and were extremely friendly - it wasn't an easy job as they had to work around our needs as a working nursery. Conservatory
Having used two other local companies for windows & doors since 2020 at my property we decided never to go back to those!... So, it was such a pleasant surprise to get Terry at Taw Windows to quote (very competitive) and install a new conservatory and a pair of extra French doors. Terry kept us up to date and fully informed with every aspect , dates kept and fitters turning up daily until completion, so different to our previous experiences .
